Small groups where you can have a lot of fun but also get a lot of support. Close enough coaching supervision that you can start to shift some serious weight because someone has their eye on your form and can adapt exercises to cater for the various injuries the participants have. Regular check-ins to set and achieve fitness and lifestyle goals - which work! Every session is different, so it never gets boring (which is important to me as I have a very short attention span). I'm in the best shape of my life, I'm strong, and I feel confident in the gym. I'm grateful to the team and members at FitLife for their support and for all the fun along the way.
You see, we’re a little bit different from a big corporate gym, a CrossFit box or Bootcamp. We DON’T cram as many people into sessions as possible. We only train people one-to-one, in small groups or group personal training.
This is uncommon in the fitness world in recent years but it works for our clients and for us, as they get better results and personal attention.
